ACCOUNTS DIRECTOR

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

In-charge of auditing and monitoring account progress, expenses, and sales

Responsible for deadline and deliverables management, placing Job Orders, and assisting creative team in traffic management.

Building and maintaining close relationships with clients; ultimately responsible for the health of client relationships and quality of services delivered

Representing client’s interests by effectively identifying and communicating business goals and objectives, deliverables and other factors to internal team members

Scheduling and organizing client account calls, meetings, presentations, deadlines, and delivery of related materials

Manages team members on assigned projects and proposals, including developing and maintaining project schedules, budget development, weekly projected billing forecasts and reviewing all creative materials to align with client objectives

Establishes and maintains trusting relationships with both new and existing clients

Prepares and presents new business opportunities to existing clients

Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to remain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling

Ensuring client satisfaction via feedback/survey

AMs are also in charge of managing respective communities of the accounts they manage, and monthly analytics, and KPI monitoring

Process documents at Ad Standards Council (ASC)

Manage social media accounts

Liaison/sourcing of possible influences that would fit client’s requirements, digital campaign support, publicity, PR, Influencer engagement support

High level of accuracy and attention to detail, proof reading and collating complex information into reports

Excellent time management with the ability to juggle a wide range of competing demands

 

SKILLS

Experience developing client specific strategies that are in line with business goals and objectives

Experience in managing multiple client accounts and handling day-to-day client interaction

Thorough understanding of traditional and digital marketing principles

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Detail-oriented

Ability to multitask and work effectively in an ever-changing environment

Team player and yet able to work independently

Flexible and able to reprioritize; can work in a fast-moving environment while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.

Required language(s): English, Filipino

2 or more years experience in Sales.

Ø Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company’s sales target

Ø Scheduling and organizing client account calls, meetings, presentations and delivery of related materials

Ø Prepares and presents new business opportunities to existing clients

Ø Maintains a database of qualified prospects through cold calls, personal visits and networking

 

Skills

Qualifications:

COPY DIRECTOR

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Exceptional skill with the nuances of social media writing, including the use of hashtags, emojis and acronyms

• Solid understanding of SEO concepts preferred

• Write high-engagement social media content that reflects our brand’s voice

• Collaborate with Marketing, PR and Customer Experience to develop a variety of content marketing materials

• Produce error-free content that adheres to the company’s style guidelines

• Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts

• Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines

• Propose copy concepts and present underlying strategic thinking to business leaders

 

SKILLS:

Develop content, copies and articles required by consumer accounts

Editing and copywriting work of all copy-based outputs to ensure quality 

Mentors copywriters, and manages work progress of his/her team

Leads the development of strategic frameworks, strategy-based outputs, and overall campaign story in close collaboration with the Art team, Account Managers, and Unit Head

High level of accuracy and attention to detail, proof reading and collating complex information into reports

Excellent time management with the ability to juggle a wide range of competing demands

Ability to work under pressure

Proactive and dynamic

Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach

Exquisite communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills

Have good taste and be able to understand basic art appreciation and its elements

Efficient deadline management

May be required to present to clients at times

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or communications

• Experience in producing copy for digital, print and broadcast channels

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Communicator and Outlook
